Navigate to the pending calls page.
The pending calls page is the page that allows you to view calls that have been recorded but NOT YET uploaded to Atmos. This page is relevant in cases where upload is scheduled for a later time, rather than being uploaded immediately.
The points below relate to the tab numbers in the image below:
- “Total Pending Calls” – displays how many calls are pending upload.
- “Calls Today” – shows the number of todays calls that are pending upload.
- “Calls this Week” – shows the number of calls pending upload for the current week.
- This grid displays details of the specific calls that are pending upload.
