An agent left the company, how do I remove them?

If you are a CallCabinet Administrator, navigate to;

 - The users module by clicking on 'Users' in the top navigation bar

- Simply click on the Red cross next to the Agent's name on the User's Page and confirm that the agent can be removed.

Please contact your system administrator that manages the CallCabinet Application for you should you require any assistance.

Alternatively, contact CallCabinet Support or submit a ticket to our Helpdesk for any further assistance.
