I can't find a call at all?

You can try one of the following steps:

1. Broaden your search criteria

2. Confirm the date and time of the call with a TMS or ACD report

3. If you have access - tick Unmatched calls under the Advanced Search Page


If none of the above assists your search:

You need to contact your system administrator that manages the CallCabinet Application for you.

Alternatively you can contact CallCabinet Support or submit a ticket to our Helpdesk.
